Wireless Trade-in Program

Polycom, formerly SpectraLink Corporation, has manufacturer discontinued it’s original wireless handset, model # PTB400. Trade in your existing “Scout Phone” for SpectraLink’s newest generation, Link 6020, wireless telephone (p/n LTB100) and receive a manufacturer’s rebate of $100 per handset for a limited time. You may replace one or all working handsets within the community; however, rebate is one for one.

  • Discontinued product will no longer be covered by Maintenance Service Agreements after October 2010

  • New handsets have a flat bottom to allow them to stand vertically on a resident’s countertop

How to Participate

  • Step 1 Purchase new LTB100 handset prior to May 31, 2010
  • Step 2 Complete the Wireless Telephone Trade-In Claim Form & Letter of Return
  • Step 3 Submit Claim Form and Customer Invoice to Polycom within 90 days of purchase
  • Step 4 Polycom will issue rebate check directly to Customer within 6 weeks of receiving qualified and verified claim
